5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl199 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be accepted subject to availability.
5.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jl199 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. jl199 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within three (3) minutes to two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. jl199 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

12.2 You may close your jl199 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 jl199 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe that jl199 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may escalate their complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
